If you got a text from us

Reply HELP to it and we will reply with how to reach us, or STOP to stop the texts. What we send and how often is set out on Text Messages.

If you got a call you did not ask for

Hang up, and tell us at help@plot.team — include the number that was called and roughly when. We only call numbers entered on pulse.useplot.com by someone who confirmed the number was theirs, so a call nobody asked for means a number was entered by someone not entitled to enter it, and we will block it.

Privacy requests

Write to privacy@plot.team and we will verify it is your number by texting a code to it. We will not ask you for identity documents. What you can ask for — a copy, a correction, deletion — is set out in the Privacy Policy, along with the regulator to complain to if we get it wrong.
