About
Plot Pulse is a voice-survey service. You ask it what you want to learn from a group; it calls each person, has an actual conversation about it, and gives everyone an anonymous summary of what the group said.
Forms and meetings both do real work. A form scales, gives you something countable, and takes a minute of someone’s day. A room full of people builds on its own thinking in a way no individual answer does. Both are good at what they are for.
What a fixed format cannot easily do is follow one answer somewhere nobody planned to go. A set question gets you a set shape of answer, and the thing worth knowing is often the thing nobody thought to ask about — the reason behind the rating, the caveat attached to the yes.
So Plot Pulse asks open questions and follows up on what it actually hears, one person at a time, with nobody else in the room and nothing attributed afterwards. Holding that conversation with a whole group at once is the part that was never practical before.

Plot Pulse is made by Plot Technologies Inc., a Canadian company based in Kitchener, Ontario. We also make Plot — a place to keep your tasks, messages, and documents organized around what you have decided matters — at plot.day.

How we treat a call
A call is somebody giving us a few minutes of their time and saying what they actually think, so the commitments around it are strict and written down:
- We do not record calls and we do not keep transcripts. What survives a call is a set of short written captures of the substance of what was said.
- We do not use anything anyone says to train AI models, ours or anyone else’s, and our providers are not permitted to either.
- A phone number is never shown to the person who created a pulse and is never sold.
- We only call people who asked us to, from the number they entered themselves, and a two-word code read back at the start of the call proves the person who asked is the person who answered.
The Privacy Policy gives the detail, including every provider that touches anything and for how long. The Terms of Service cover the rest, and Text Messages covers what we send and how to stop it.
How we pay for it
Plot Pulse is free today. We expect to limit how many pulses a single phone number can create for free, and to charge for more than that.
We say so here because “free” invites a reasonable question: if you are not paying, are you the product? No. Nothing anyone says is sold, used to train AI models, or shown to an advertiser, and there is no ad network or data broker in this product at all. The intent is to be paid for the software — which is the arrangement that keeps our interests and yours pointing the same way, and the reason the commitments above hold whether or not you ever pay us.
This is an early product
Plot Pulse is new. Calls may not connect, the AI may misunderstand a question, and features will change. If something goes wrong we would genuinely like to hear about it — write to us.
